EDASC has rolled out a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. While it will streamline internal operations for us, it will also benefit you, our Investors, via:
More accurate company data – you can make updates directly to the system at any time. Your main contact information, including company logo, will appear on our updated online Investor Directory.
Streamlined online billing – pay invoices with one click. If you choose to continue receiving your Investor renewal by mail, no problem! Please let us know by contacting Melena Peitersen at melena@skagit.org.
Targeted contacts – set your primary, billing and marketing contacts so the right communications get to the right people.
How to get started
- Go to the Investor Login page (or click the Investor Portal button on the bottom of the skagit.org home page).
- Set up a new account by selecting “Forgot your password?” and following the prompts to create your login credentials. Your username is your email address.
- Once logged in, you can opt to Edit Your Profile or Pay Open Invoices.
- As we recognize that we may have out-of-date contacts, we highly encourage you to make sure your company data and contacts are up to date.
