NEW! The Ferry Panel -  Whatcom and Skagit counties are each in different phases of replacing aging ferry vessels for Lummi Island and Guemes Island respectively. These ferry replacement projects come with modernization of their terminals, opening up opportunities for a variety of vendors to get involved on projects worth tens of millions.
