Application Process

Applications will be reviewed as they are received by the State Department of Commerce. Applications will be accepted or denied on a rolling basis. Contact EDASC at to discuss and assess your company's viability and to complete an application.

EDASC will prioritize applications based on severity of the impact the business is facing, including from being forced to close by government-mandated closures, social distancing measures or illness. Awards will be approved on a case-by-base basis and are dependent on the availability of funds.

Note: EDASC has been advised to be judicious in discerning appropriate and proportional grant amount based on necessity to the business and importance to the local community in order to ensure this emergency resource can be utilized by companies across the state. EDASC has formed a WWSBEG Review Committee to ensure fair process.
