Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) provides educational and therapeutic services to children ages birth through five and provides opportunities for family education, engagement and support. Services include speech, occupational and physical therapy, working with a Family Resource Coordinator and participating in an integrated preschool classroom. SPARC contracts with local school districts and insurance companies, as well as, receives funding from United Way and other community supporters in order to provide free or minimal cost services to families.
