Venoil LLC and Whole Energy Receive Funding for a Glycerin Refining Facility in Anacortes
Tue, Nov 10, 2009

Venoil LLC, an oil re-recycling facility, located in Anacortes has received $500,000 of stimulus dollars from the American Recovery and Investment Act.
Venoil is working with Whole Energy Fuels, a sub-recipient of the funding, to run a low cost biodiesel production and glycerin refining facility at their location on March Point Road. They currently operate a biodiesel distribution facility and the glycerin they will be refining is a byproduct of biodiesel production. This glycerin refining facility will be the only one of its kind west of the Rocky Mountains.
